CEO and Chairman
Robert Grinberg has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. In 1997, Mr. Grinberg opened his own independent broker dealer, Program Trading Corp. Later he sold the Company to further the evolution of his business model by becoming a private investor and placing millions of dollars to work in various industries, ranging from oil and gas, healthcare, logistics, biotechnology, digital therapeutics to cannabis. Mr. Grinberg has been privately financing companies for almost 20 years and has extensive knowledge of securities trading, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and public financing. Robert Grinberg was appointed CEO of Life Clips, Inc. in January 2021 and is making monumental strides in advancing the Company’s strategic future plans.
CFO and Director
Victoria Rudman has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Life Clips, Inc. since January 2017. Ms. Rudman has over 25 years of professional experience, domestically and internationally, in multiple aspects of leadership, finance, operations, technology, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, capital management, and taxation. Ms. Rudman has spent most of her career in Fortune 50 global investment bank and retail brokerage firms, as well as at small cap public companies and startup ventures. Her resume includes a significant amount of time on Wall Street at Morgan Stanley, along with Bear Stearns and TechStartups. Ms. Rudman has severed on the Board of Directors and held various Executive roles for multiple private and public entities in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and cannabis sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
Dr. Manideep Gopishetty, MD, MBA
Dr. Manideep Gopishetty, MD, MBA is an experienced physician, entrepreneur and technologist who had successful exits in one of his two healthcare ventures at a very early stage in his life. He also worked with other big pharmaceutical companies like Novartis, Sanofi, and SunPharma as healthcare research commercialization consultant for over 8 years, and sits on the board of multiple high growth technology startups ranging from healthcare AI to Fintech. Dr. Gopishetty is highly experienced in identifying high-growth technology startups at their earliest stage and help them reach full growth potential. He also worked with various governments like Mauritius, PNG, Cameron and Kenya in advising them on healthcare policies. Additionally, Dr. Gopishetty is the inventor and patent holder of a few biomedical devices, such as electroencephalographic auditory and visual stimulus monitor, which are used to study consumer behaviour in various actors. Dr. Gopishetty is currently the co-founder and CEO of cognitive apps, one of the most promising AI-based mental health startups, with a great potential of disrupting the space of mental health using advanced AI technology.
